Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz

Yes, you have seen/read right. This is an album review for Miley’s new album “Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz.” She released

after the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards. The album is just what you would expect from Miley Cyrus at this point in her career.

The album is 23 songs long and sounds like she recorded the album while high in Billy Rae Cyrus’ basement. It’s a very long album with a lot of filler in it. Some of the songs make you wonder if it was necessary to include it in the album but then you realize that it’s Miley Cyrus and it is necessary.

The album is Miley confessing her love for her dead petz, past love, and drugs. She has so many songs dedicated to her love of weed. I think the album should be called “Miley Cyrus & Her Weed.” ¬†One of the best parts of the album is that she is poking fun at herself in the album.

Some of the vocals are ehhh but I’m guess she did it all in one take. If you are a fan of “Bangerz” then this might not be totally the album for you. It’s like the band Pink Floyd, their music is only good when you are high.

Like Pink Floyd, the album doesn’t seem to have a direction or point to it besides “Hey Y’all, let’s get high and make an album.”

Overall, It’s a good thing this album is free because it’s not really worth purchasing. It’s downfall is that it’s too long and that it’s really really rough in spots. If had some sort of direction, then it would be better but it doesn’t.

Here’s the album for your listening pleasure:

Overall: 2 Nipples out of 5
